90 DAY COMPLETION BONUS FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES
- Complete 90 days of Full-Time employment and receive a $500 bonus
- Followed by a performance review of your eligibility for pay raise, healthcare and production bonus system.

- Eligible after 90 Day probationary period
- We contribute up to 75% of our employee’s healthcare premium

- All full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment
4 x 10 HOUR SHIFTS - 3 DAY WEEKEND - ALL BREAKS ARE PAID
- Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm
- First Break - 9:00am - 9:15am
- Lunch Break - 12:00pm - 12:30pm
- Second Break - 2:00pm - 2:15pm
PRODUCTION BASED BONUS PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES
- Earn bonus money for going above and beyond provided production expectation
- Bonus earnings are paid every other week on your paycheck
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES EARN TIME OFF WITH PAY
- After 6 months of employment 20 hours time off with pay is granted
- After 1 year an additional 40 hours of time off with pay is granted
- After 2 years 80 hours of time off with pay is granted
- After 5 years 120 hours of time off with pay is granted
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Production Team Member: Full-Time)
- Experience working in manufacturing or production environments is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work well with others and take direction and apply them when working solo
- Must be proficient in reading/writing/speaking English
- Must be 18 years or older
- You must have a dependable mode of transportation (please note: the bus route does not run here)
JOB DESCRIPTION (Production Team Member: Full-Time)
Production team members participate in multiple tasks throughout the production floor including...
- Quality Control: Assess for quality while finishing last applications to various products.
- Heat Cutting: Use a hot knife, chalk and large patterns to trace and cut synthetic fabric materials by hand.
- Down Stuffing: Measure and fill each product with a predetermined amount of duck or goose down.
