We currently default to USPS® for US shipments and DHL® Express Worldwide for shipments outside the US, unless otherwise requested.
All customers have the option to insure their package, or require signature upon delivery for an additional fee. This fee will be declared during check out and payment will be processed along with the rest of your purchase. Please note that once a product has shipped from our facility, it is the responsibility of the mail courier to deliver the product to the customer. It is also the customer’s responsibility to take precautions when receiving purchased goods. We recommend insuring your order as well as requiring signature confirmation upon delivery, just to be safe.
Unless you request signature confirmation or insurance, your package will be sent via USPS Priority without insurance. We will provide you with tracking confirmation numbers. Assuming USPS shows delivery confirmation, if you don't have signature confirmation or insurance, we cannot assist you in recovery of your package if it is lost or stolen. We highly recommend if you have special shipping needs, to please contact our customer service department with a request to meet those special needs. Reach out to us with requests regarding your order immediately after it is placed at email@example.com.
International Orders: We will be sending all international orders via DHL® Express Worldwide for better tracking, easier customs acceptance, prioritized customs holding, and automatic signature request and insurance.
Orders delivering within the United States of America can take anywhere from 1-7 business days after it has shipped. This duration is dependent upon it's final destination relative to our facility in Ohio. Please visit USPS.com for more details.
Please be aware we must adhere to international shipping policies. All orders shipped outside the USA are subject to import / customs / duties, etc. By accepting these terms of service, you accept any and all responsibility to pay for those fees. We understand the custom fees are sometimes astronomical, but values of packages must remain true to invoices under U.S. Law. Thank you for understanding.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please consider your country's restrictions before making your purchase.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
