Warranty Policy

If one of our products fails due to a manufacturer's defect within one year of use, the original purchaser may return it to us for repair, replacement or refund of the original purchase price at our discretion. This warranty protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and materials. Damage due to accident, negligence, excessive or improper use, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time is not covered. If you suspect that you have a warrantable issue please reach out to us at sales@hammockgear.com to file a claim.

All items originally sold with imperfections are also covered by our warranty, excluding the imperfections disclosed prior to purchase.

If you need to submit used gear for warranty issues, please send it in a condition that is comfortable and sanitary for our craftspeople to work with. It is unreasonable to expect our team members to handle soiled or smelly items. Heavily used items containing debris or offensive odors may be rejected and returned at the sender's cost.
