String is too short

Bought the same pillow six years ago, the string was long enough, but apparently they now make it shorter. Too short to work with my hammock setup. Contacted customer service, but still havent received a response weeks later

Thank you for this feedback. I will increase the cord attachment length from 32 in to 45 in based on your experience. My apologies for the failed attempts at contact with us. We have found that email seems to be the most effective but try to check our other channels when we can.
