Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty If any Hammock Gear product fails within the first year of receipt,
and the original purchaser believes the issue is due to a
manufacturer’s defect, please contact customer service to file a
warranty claim.

How to File a Claim

  1. Email us at
    sales@hammockgear.com

    with a brief description of the issue and your order information.
  2. Attach clear photos showing the suspected defect.
  3. Send the item to us for inspection (shipping to HG is at your cost).

If It’s Covered

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price,
    at our discretion.
  • We cover the cost of return shipping back to you.
  • We reimburse your cost to ship the item to us for inspection
    (please include your receipt).

If It’s Not Covered

  • We’ll provide an estimate for repair work (if feasible).
  • You are responsible for return shipping if you decline repair.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and materials.
  • Items originally sold with noted imperfections are covered,
    excluding the specific imperfections disclosed prior to purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage from accidents, negligence, or improper/excessive use.
  • Natural breakdown of materials over an extended period of time.
  • Any product that has been personally modified.

Condition & Hygiene Requirement

If you submit used gear for warranty inspection, please ensure it is
clean and sanitary. Our craftspeople cannot work on soiled or smelly
items. Heavily used items containing debris or offensive odors may be
rejected and returned at the sender’s cost.


This warranty applies to the original owner only and is valid for one
(1) year from the date of receipt. Hammock Gear reserves the right to
determine warranty coverage after inspection.
