The Mesh Tarp Sleeve is a 12-foot continuous sleeve designed to cover your tarp and guy lines for faster deployment and efficient storage. Made from ultra-strong, dense mesh fabric, it fits tarps up to 12 ft in length, whether Dyneema® Composite or sil-poly. Use it to stash your tarp on the ridgeline, keep it out of the way when not in use, or ventilate a damp tarp while in camp.

Key Features

  • One-piece 12-foot length accommodates tarps up to 12 ft

  • Durable mesh material allows ventilation of damp fabric

  • Helps you deploy or stow your tarp quickly by sliding tarp into the sleeve

  • Ideal for hanging above your hammock or ridgeline for easy storage

  • Easily removable if you prefer to store your tarp in a stuff sack

Ideal Use
Perfect for hammock campers and minimalist backpackers who want a clean, fast system for their tarp. Use the sleeve to keep your tarp rigged and ready above your hammock, to reduce setup/tear-down time, and to protect your expensive tarp fabric when packed or hung. Especially useful when your tarp is damp, when you want to chill under your shelter without the tarp being an obstacle, or when you’re packing out and want a neat roll.

Fragile product

Had one before and it completely ripped on an icy morning. Just ordered a new one on trail and it ripped at the seam not even 5 days after I had it.

Hi Kenneth,

Thanks again for leaving your feedbackand for sticking with us over the last few years. Your continued support really means a lot to us.

I'm genuinely sorry to hear that the mesh sleeve failed on you, especially while you were out on trail. That's not the kind of reliability we aim for, and I can understand how frustrating that must've beenespecially for someone whos already trusted our gear through multiple seasons.

To make things right, Id like to send you one of our prototype Dyneema tarp sleeves. Its a new version weve been testing, and it offers improved durabilityespecially in tough, icy conditions like the ones you mentioned. I think itll be a better match for your use case, and Id appreciate any feedback you have after putting it to the test.

Just shoot a quick email to our customer service team with your current shipping address, and Ill make sure one goes out to you.

Thanks again for being part of the HG communitywell get you back out there with confidence.

Happy trails,
