What a great book. This book has great information for those who want to get into hammock camping and those that have been using a hammock for a while. Great book with just about every subject related to hammocks touched upon. This second edition is well worth buying if you have the first edition due to the updates and expansion. Its something I keep going back to as I continue to tweak my hammocking gear.

this is a good book for the true novice me. it has fantastic info but I wish it had a section with ref.to the hammock gear like the slings and the lil clips for the ridge line and such. but all in all a lot of great info for the true beginners of hammock camping.
