    Tarp Poles

I bought these to use as top poles on a WB Superfly tarp. With a little shock cord they did a fine and secure job.. I also used them for porch mode and had no problems in 15+ mph wind. Good quality at a good price.

Looks like they will do as advertised. No opportunity to use them yet as I have not recieved my elasticord yet to get them properly rigged.

    Widen Your Space

Recently used these poles with the 12 HG dyneema tarp with doors in the Smokies. I usually prefer a porch mode setup but when it rained hard for 16 hrs straight I was happy to have had the pole mod on and sides down. Everything stayed dry under the tarp and the runoff was low enough that it didnt splash on the underquilt. They do open it up nicely beneath the tarp. Hiking poles work too, but nice to have these to add flexibility to setup.

    Tarp poles

These poles work great. They seem well made. They cost about half of what some of the other venders charge. What more could you ask for. If you are in the market for some tarp poles, look no further.

    Light and strong

While I do wish there were instructions on how to use these, they spread out my tarp wonderfully. They stretch the tarp a bit more than I’d like if I don’t use cordage on the tie outs, but I love the space. Haven’t tried them in high wind yet, though. I’m not sure I’d use them for porch mode, though— not sure they’re stiff enough.
